Dunlop SRIXON Fukushima Open Golf Tournament 2019

Yuta Ikeda started off his practice round by "self-cadding"

Yuta smiled to the camera acting like he was one of the caddies for the tournament. He just couldn't wait until the house caddy to take his bag to the starting hole, so he himself pushed the electric cart to the teeing area.

He redesigned his electric golf cart to hold the sun blocking umbrella. As he waited at the starting hole, house caddy ran and join him. Then they went off for the walk to get a great look at the course.

This was practice round, but Yuta was pumped up already saying "I am wearing red and white, the Japanese flag colored fashion."

He made his first appearance since 2016 last year and finished at tied to7th. He has graduated from Tohoku Fukushi University, so this Tohoku are is like his second home. He visited this area during his Player's Chairman days so many times, since it suffered the huge damage from the Great East Japan Earthquake

Yuta pledges to make the 2nd victory of this season following the one at Mizuno Open, in his second hometown.
