Jazz Janewattanannond Interview on British Open and other goals for this season

Q. What is your thoughts on British Open?
A. I am very excited. The reason that I was able to qualify for The Open was by winning the Singapore Open. I was really lucky to win that tournament and also get the Japan Tour's qualify as well. I am also very happy of my position right now and to be able to play on Japan Tour is very lucky.

Q. Any strategy plans for conquering the British Open course?
A. My schedule before the British Open will be tight, I will play fully until the Japan PGA Championship and head to British Open, so I will have good warmups. I hope to make the cut this year. I never been to Ireland before, it will be my first time there. I haven't met anyone that has played the Royal Portrush Golf Club. I have not much of information. But I have watched the video and got reviews on the golf course. I heard that the course is very very hard, really really difficult. So, I will just go out there and try not to put too much pressure, not to expect too much from myself.

Q. Any other goals for this year, other than the Majors?
A. I have many goals like trying to get in to ZOZO Championship and also the Presidents Cup. That's the main goal at the year, to get into the President's Cup. To get into the top 8 players of the President's Cup team. I know it will be hard but I think anything is possible.
