Jung-Gon Hwang started out his final round 1 shot behind the leader, Shugo Imahira. Their battle was a seesaw game until Shugo make 2 straight bogeys on 15 and 16, which gave Jung-Gon a shot advantage before going into the final hole.

Shugo Imahira, Satoshi Kodaira and Jung-Gon Hwang all reached the green in 2, all 3 of them had the eagle chance. Satoshi couldn't hole it, but Shugo showed his charisma and made that eagle putt to put pressure on Jung-Gon. But still with so much pressure on him, Jung-Gon answered Shugo's challenge by making the eagle putt back and grabbed the come from behind win, his 4th Tour victory, which he waited for 4 years.

Jung-Gon has already presented to the fans and press that he has decided to go for compulsory military service in South Korea after this season.
