Tough pin conditions made him suffer on Day 1 with only 1 under par play, but Seungsu Han made a dramatic charge on Day 2 with the score of 63, extended his Japan Tour career best by 1 shot.

"I am trying out to fix my putting to what Hiroyuki Fujita does, not to make too much follow through when I make the impact. That putting made this score happen."

He started out from 10th, and on his last hole on his front nine 18th, he has made a chip-in eagle from the 94 yards with his 3rd shot.

"From that eagle, I got my engine steaming."
As Seungsu Han stated, he got on a birdie streak and made 4 birdies on his back nine, concluding the round with 2 in a row.

This week, his younger brother, who is 10 years younger and has just graduated from University is carrying his bag. Young brother came to Japan for spring break and to get part-time caddy allowance from Seungsu. Big brother must try his best to give his little brother a great graduation present.

"I think this brother combination is doing pretty well, having fun at the same time."

Seungsu seeks to grab his 2nd win on this Tour, but he has been away from the winner's circle for 2 years now and he has back injury as well.

"I am 33 years old this year, and I did get older. I should take better care of my physical fitness. This course has so many ups and downs, so I will take special caution and walk along side with by little brother for the weekend rounds."
