Defending Champion BJ sends message "I wish to go back to Japan soon and play!"

Defending Champion of the Japan Tour's opening event, Token Homemate Cup, Brendan Jones has sent his warm message to his fans in Japan after hearing the tournament being cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic saying he wants to come back to Japan as soon as possible and play again.

Brendan has been on the Japan Tour since 2001 and has shown his most talented and aggressive performance on the field as well as his very humble and friendly personality. He has great number of fans loving him and is called as BJ.

Last year he has won the Token Homemate Cup at the age of 44 years old. He has suffered few injuries and couldn't win for 3 seasons but has done wonderfully to overcome it by winning his 15th victory. The dramatic battle was very emotional for all of the Japanese golf fans.

This will be his 20th anniversary year on Japan Tour, BJ is staying safely at his home in Australia and wishing strongly for the end of this pandemic and safety of his friends in Japan, and also well prepared for his next tournament to be held in Japan.
