40 years old Akio Sadakata is fighting really hard to get back into the winner's circle at tough layout Wago. In windy condition, he almost holed his 2nd shot from 137 yards on 6 th and had a tap in birdie. And after getting birdie on 16th, he added another one at the tough finishing hole 17th par 3, where he drained a tough 6-meter putt and made 2 in a row birdie.

Akio finished tied to 4th at the season opening game, Token Homemate Cup, and that top 10 finish got him the entry ticket for this week's event. His appearance at Wago is first time in 3 years.

In 2015, he has lost his seed for the second time in his career, and he felt almost helpless last year and couldn't even find the reason to practice. With not much of motivation, he managed to finish 15th at the Final QT and made his way into this year's games.

Akio's fighting spirit is back.

He is daddy of 9,7, and 4 years old boys. All of them came on Sunday at the last tournament to cheer for their dad. They are there this week too and dad really want to make it happen, but he also knows Wago isn't easy to conquer.
"Wago doesn't allow you to score easily. There are positions you don't want to miss and mess up. I want the kids to know that it's never easy at Wago."
