4 under sitting top at the leader board, Akio Sadakata remarks "great start for Reiwa Era"
Strong wind blew from early in the morning at Wago, but Akio managed to get 5 birdies and a bogey, with a score of 68.
"Don't you think this is great way to start the Reiwa Era, isn't it?"
In year 2016, he has lost his seed, second time in his career. He didn't even plan to come to Wago this week, but with the tied to 4th finish at Token got him here.
Reiwa Era's first tournament, The Crowns is also celebrating the 60th anniversary.
"It is an honor to be able to join this legendary tournament. I was fortunate to gain this chance, so I want to do my best."
Akio turned 40 years old on April 24th, this year he is seeking to get his tour card back. Daddy of 3 boys is busy working on the field, so much for the 10-day holiday, but boys will be sure to come to the tournament and cheer for their dad.
