2020-2021 has only 5 more tournaments to go, and Order of Merit race is showing a great battle with top 3 ranked player in dead heat.

Current No.1 Ryosuke Kinoshita, No.2 Chan Kim. And No.3 Rikuya Hoshino will be in the same groupings for the first and second rounds.

Ryosuke Kinoshita says, "of course I will be very conscious. I know that I must win at least 1 more in order to secure my Order of Merit title."

He has made 2 past appearance at this tournament and his result was 43T in 2018 and missing the cut in 2019.

The venue ABC Golf Course has many right dog leg holes, are fade hitters has benefits.

"I am draw hitter, so I couldn't deal with this course. But after my experience abroad this summer at the British Open, I learned that I must have various shots which I could freely paly out. My stability of fade shots is still 20% compared to 80% on my draw shots, so I will only challenge to hit fade in really necessary holes. But I think I am gaining decent control on my fade shots too."

Ryosuke had the chance to challenge US PGA cub-tour's QT, but after thinking thoroughly he decided not to.

"I made my mind to concentrate on the challenge for the Order of Merit title. So, I really want to make it happen."

Guest player at the Pro-Am also encouraged him.

"Please achieve the title, so that I could tell my friends that I had a round with the Order of Merit champion."

The margin between Chan Kim and Rikuya Hoshino is about 9,000,000-yen.

"Both are really talented players, and they have many technics that I don't have, so I want to learn from them. If I could win 1, I could get closer to the title. So, I need to win as soon as I could."
