On his final hole, 9th Azuma Yano fairly elder hosting professional cried out loud and made big physical reaction showing his disappointment.
"Oh my gosh!"
He missed the great 3-meter birdie chance.
"I was able to putt as I desired, but it didn't fall in. It was really frustrating for the whole round. I am trying to stay patient, but I am exhausted with stress. I didn't have to putt long ones to save par, but on the other hand I don't have birdies."
He had not much of trouble on his 2R, and played bogey free round with scoring 69, but he is filled with stress.
"I just can't make the putts for past 2 rounds. I am putting on the line that I am aiming, but it just doesn't fall in. So, I guess I am miss reading the lines. This is eating me up. I hope putt will start to fall in from tomorrow."
Azuma has been supported by Mynavi's sponsorship since 2012. Sponsor supported him through his injuries, and he wants to give back his appreciation by winning. Azuma will be moving on to the weekends at 7T, 2 shots behind the leaders.
"As for past 2 round, I am able to score total 7 under even though my putts are not helping. Which means, I am capable to scoring 6 to 7 under per round if the putts start to fall in. So, I will try to make that happen and do my best."
